"How to enter the European Market" One to One Workshop, Cairo

Entering the European market is not an easy thing when you do not have the knowledge of its functioning; nonetheless it represents a great opportunity for Southern Mediterranean agro-food producers to increase their business.

In the framework of EUROMED INVEST, a project financed by the European Commission, exporting companies will have the chance to participate in a brief training on exporting agricultural products and foodstuffs to the European Union. This training will be given by Mr. Luc Van Looveren, Senior Advisor EU relations at Voka - Chamber of Commerce and Industry Antwerp-Waasland, Belgium.

In order to help you gain more insights on how to trade with European partners Voka-CCI Antwerp-Waasland (Flander’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and CEEBA (Confederation of Egyptian European Business Associations) are giving the opportunity to Egyptian agro-food companies to participate in One to One meetings with our expert where we detect interesting relevant information on EU product rules for the specific agro-food products of the company concerned and we will provide you with an explanation on the main elements in legislation, in addition to that, we will also provide you with assistance in drafting a concrete trade proposals.

Meetings will take place on 8-9 April 2015 at the CEEBA premises in Cairo.
